PicView is a very simple app that views BMP, GIF and JPG pictures. It shows them at actual size, or reduced to fit on-screen but has no real zoom features yet. It's VERY fast and you can scroll through a directory with + and -. I wrote it mainly because I was sick of how slow my commercial image viewer was.

This application requires the Microsoft .NET Framework to run. This is a rather large download, but it's like the Visual Basic runtimes... You only need to install them once. This also means you have to have Windows 98 or higher.
